I used to be a Manic Panic and Punky Colors junky before genetics forced me to give them up. I so wish I could make more direct mention of them in the strip, but have avoided it so there's no mistaking free advertising for copyright infringement. In the meantime, Alas proudly uses I-Liner and SPR-80s brand products for that special spooky look.
Belki alisman lazim is Turkish for "Maybe you should just get used to it." It's also the title of Turkish rock group Duman's second album. Duman is a big part of my music listening here in Istanbul, and I sincerely hope they get exported someday.

Okay, strip's up. Little later than I'd like, but what the hey. Wednesday should be back to normal (even though it's gonna be... diff'rent).

There is a strip coming for today... but later. I let the weekend get away with me (had to take the bantling to meet Sinter Klas for the first time), and my telecommuting job is demanding my Monday morning. Fortunately, I'm on a 5 hour time difference from the States, so most of you won't even notice the strip's tardiness. (But the Gopher will notice. Ever watching, ever judging...)
